WinCoolStuff Fanpage and Monthly Competition
1. The Promoter is WinCoolStuff.co.za (“The Promoter”).
2. The competition is open to South African Residents aged over 18 only.
3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
4. The draw will be done randomly using Random.org, on the date specified under the Prizes tab for that month.
5. The promoter is not liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotional competition that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
6. The winner will be notified via e-mail as soon as the draw has taken place and the Promoter will then mention it on the Fanpage as well.
7. The prize is not exchangeable for cash.
8. The Promoter shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice for any reason beyond its control requiring this. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter.
9. By participating in the competition, you agree to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all losses, harm, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the competition, promotion or special offer or resulting from the participation in any competition or acceptance, possession, use or receiving of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
10. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of the prize-winner being announced, the winner forfeits the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to redistribute or dispose of the prize at its discretion.
11. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any mistakes or discrepancies contained in any special offer.
12. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the competition rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.
